Company ProfileFeaturing the finest quality, naturally aged beef (the way Grandpa used to do it), fresh pork, chicken, seafood, deli meats & cheeses, and personal service with a smile from our old-fashioned meat cases. Many customers love to come in because of being able to buy quality beef that has taste and is not stuffed full of the hormones, etc.. that you find in the grocery store. Plus we have the added bonus of not being a big corporation so we can spend more time with our customers giving them the best advice for their selections. We have friendly faces who are eager to help you. Pat is the Leader of our corporation and has been in the meat industry for over 35 years in Colorado, Idaho and here in Utah. Henry started his involvement in 1995 by helping his parents with this business and is the head meat cutter. Angela is a key figure in our operation from Jerky making to her knowledge in marketing and her courteous customer skills. She has been an integral part of our company for the last few years and makes killer Jerky, Buffalo Wings, and Smoked Baby Back Ribs. Rich is the ol' geezer himself. He has been in the meat industry for over 35 years in Colorado, Idaho and here in Utah.
